Big pony 1

I ordered Big Pony #1 for women. The men’s version was sent to me accidentally. Turns out the women’s version is not in stock. Had to send back the order and shouldered the shipping fee. Still awaiting my refund. Decent communication though, they respond within 1-2 days and are very polite.
